Holiday information hotel Alpenrose, Tauplitzalm

Here we have put together some information for you regarding pets, wellness offer, arrival and departure information, reservation regulations, terms of payment, cancellation, etc. in the hotel "Alpenrose":

We welcome your pet in the hotel "Alpenrose" and this will cost you only a final cleaning fee of € 20.00 per dog. We request you to understand that your four-legged friend will not be able to enter the dining hall of the boarding house. Naturally, there is a guest room, where you can take your dog to have food.

Our relaxation oasis with Finnish sauna, sanarium, infra-red cabin, adventure shower, etc. is available to you daily (except on our holiday).

You can check in your room after 03:00 p.m. At the time of departing, we request you to check out by 11:00 a.m. We request you to give us a brief call, in case your are checking in later than 06:00 p.m.

Please note that our hotel building is completely smoke-free.

Additional charges:

Styrian tourism tax: € 1.50 per day and persons 15 years of age or more.

Toll tax for the Tauplitzalm Alpenstraße at the time of arrival: € 9.80 per car parking charge at the Tauplitzalm in winter: staggered according to stay € 4.00 per night, € 26.50 per week 

Reservation regulations:

For confirmed bookings, we request for a booking amount of € 150.00 per room. Please remit this advance payment by means of Eurocheque (free of bank charges) or transfer the same to one of the following accounts:

Terms of payment:
Acceptable with EC card or in cash; unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards.

Cancellation:

In case the holiday is cancelled by up to eight weeks before it starts, the advance payment will be refunded to you minus € 22.00 for each week of booking. By up to third week before the start of holiday, the advance payment will lapse in our favour. In case the holiday is cancelled in the last three weeks before the start, we will have to charge you for the stay minus € 11.00 per person and day.

The same conditions also apply in case of delayed arrival or early departure.

We recommend you to sign a cancellation insurance and a travel insurance with the in-house insurance company immediately after booking. You can also make use of our own insurance service (European Travel Insurance).
